Returns

First and foremost, customer service is our priority. We want you to be happy with your Airlie Square purchase. Please feel free to contact us with concerns or questions.

Our return policy is 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Damaged and/or used worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers must provide original receipt of purchase, gift receipt, or last four digits of the credit/debit card linked to the transaction in order to receive a refund.

Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.


Non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Special order items

- Some health and personal care items 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after purchase

Refunds 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
