Our return policy is 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Damaged and/or used worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers must provide original receipt of purchase, or valid information linked to the transaction in order to receive a refund.
Sale items (if applicable) may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Seasonal sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
- Gift cards
- Special order items not carried as in-store stock
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
